15 years old boy from Samastipur in Bihar, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has captured the imagination of every cricket fan over the past 2 years. While he gave notice of his talent during IPL 2025, he has been absolutely astounding this year. From taking India to victory in the Under-19 World Cup to smashing all records in IPL 2026, Sooryavanshi’s career has seen a meteoric rise, and now it gets even better.
The teenage prodigy has now made it to the Indian side and will wear the blue for the national side. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has been included in the Indian T20 side for the tours of Ireland and England. He has also been included in the team for the Asian Games 2026.

Prince Yadav is another new face in the Indian team as he makes the squad for the tours of Ireland and England. Premier fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah replaces him for the Asian Games squad.
BCCI also announced that Shreyas Iyer will be the captain of the T20 team after World Cup winning captain Surya Kumar Yadav was relieved of his duties earlier this week.
