On Wednesday, November 12, Delhi Police issued an alert for a red EcoSport car suspected to be linked to prime suspect in Red Fort blast case in the capital.
Citizens of Delhi were alerted to look out and search for the red colour Ford Eco Sport car. This came after investigation which revealed that the suspects had another car in addition to the Hyundai i20 which exploded in front of the Red Fort. Five Delhi Police teams were constituted to search for the car. The police in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana were also alerted about the red car.
The car bearing number DL10CK0458 was eventually found abandoned near a farmhouse in Haryana. The red Ford EcoSport is reportedly registered in the name of Dr. Umar Un Nabi, the main suspect in the Delhi blast case.
The car was reportedly found in the Khandawali village of Faridabad.

Notably, on Monday, November 10, a blast rocked the national capital of Delhi when an i20 car exploded near Red Fort metro station. 9 people lost their lives in the explosion and a massive hunt is on to apprehend all the people involved in this attack.
